One of Salt Lake City’s most renowned and progressive restaurants, Table X, will offer its first Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 21, 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The a la carte menu emphasizes Table X’s commitment to offering high-quality, local products complemented by traditional brunch favorites. The three chefs look forward to preparing housemade ham, bacon, and sausage. Christiansens Berkshire Pork and Clifford Family Farm eggs will be featured, in addition to tasty mimosas and Bloody Marys.

Guests will enjoy a selection of complimentary delectable pastries that Table X is becoming known for baking in house. These include scones, muffins, croissants, and chocolate croissants. Menu items range from $11-$20.

The following entree items are included on the brunch menu. There will also be a selection of lighter offerings and sides.

– Table X Breakfast: two eggs any style, choice of meat & pastry

– Sourdough French Toast: pure maple syrup, breakfast potatoes & choice of meat

– House Made Pork Sausage & Grits: poached egg & breakfast potatoes

– French Omelette: house ham, gruyere cheese, chive & breakfast potatoes

– Vegetable Hash: roasted mushrooms, spring peas & potatoes

– Frittata: potato crust, caramelized peppers & onions w/ side salad

– Steak & Eggs: bavette steak, two eggs any style, breakfast potatoes & green

– Leg of Lamb Sandwich: red curry aioli, onion relish, watercress & toasted

A Delectable Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu Will be Served on February 14

The Salt Lake City area will be buzzing with the high-profile Sundance Film Festival and Silicon Slopes Tech Summit events this month. The award-winning Table X looks forward to accommodating their participants who tend to have high culinary standards with an attractively priced, three-course prix fixe menu featuring cutting-edge, artfully prepared options. Offering ample, free parking, the restaurant is close enough to the happenings while allowing guests to seek refuge from the crowds in a modern, relaxed setting. Table X will also offer a tasting menu for couples celebrating Valentine’s Day on Feb. 14.

“We know people have hectic schedules during these jam-packed events. While they may not have time for a very leisurely meal, they may still crave high-quality cuisine and the opportunity to entertain clients in a hip environment. Our special prix fixe menu will allow our guests to sample the best of Table X at an affordable price,” says Nick Fahs, one of the three chef-owners of Table X.

A Special New Year’s Eve Celebration to Feature Seven-Course Tasting Menu

Those looking for an elevated, more innovative holiday party experience to delight and broaden their guests’ culinary senses will be attracted to the emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients harvested from the impressive on-site garden. Private dinners are offered in the intimate, private dining room that seats 14 guests and overlooks the garden, and the main dining room may also be reserved for larger parties. Reservations are now being accepted for private groups as well as New Year’s Eve dinner, which will feature a seven-course tasting menu.

“We greatly enjoy hosting parties for foodies and those looking for a gathering that is a cut above the usual holiday party. Signature entrees of the new winter menu include:

  • Alaskan Poached Halibut, honey crisp apples, steamed onions, butternut squash nage and hazelnut
  • 100% Grass-fed Jones Creek beef Bavette steak, shiitake and trumpet mushroom, chourice roasted cabbage

A delectable dessert offering is the pumpkin compote, featuring toasted meringue, maple ice cream, house made graham cracker.
