The Utah-based company, in partnership with Newpark Retail, EDA, and Serenity Construction, is transforming what was previously Jupiter Bowl into an all-inclusive, elevated flex-office space community.
Kiln Park City will be a handcrafted, lifestyle-oriented workspace that complements the culture of the active, mountain resort community. The 22,000 square-foot layout features private and open office spaces, meeting rooms, a large event space, a podcast studio, phone booths, and a robust set of wellness-focused amenities. It will also include a mountaineering club with ski storage, bike racks, and other accommodations for personal equipment. Kiln Park City is designed to support its community of members holistically, housing executives, creatives, and tech and enterprise teams.
The new space is fashioned to provide a seamless transition between the workplace and the outdoors. Located just minutes from ski slopes, hiking, and biking trails, Kiln Park City hopes to become a unifying fixture of the local business community.
