Capitalizing on its wealth of in-house technology and user experience (UX) talent, WholesomeCo has created a fully-custom mobile application to make shopping and ordering even easier for patients. The WholesomeCo app shopping experience is on par with the most popular e-commerce apps on the market, conveniently putting wellness at their patients’ fingertips.
“With 80 percent of our online traffic coming from a mobile device, we felt the next logical step was to further optimize our patient shopping experience with a dedicated iOS app,” said WholesomeCo VP of Product Alan Clark. “We built the WholesomeCo app in-house, which gives us full ability to add new features and continually improve the mobile shopping experience, helping us pursue our mission to normalize medical cannabis.”
The new app will include the convenience of push notifications, keeping patients informed of their order status, and providing early access to new product launches and exclusive discounts. Patients will also have online shopping at their fingertips, with the ability to shop products by strain, category, effect, and more, allowing them to quickly find the best products for their needs.
Carrying over from WholesomeCo’s unparalleled statewide cannabis delivery services, patients can receive orders the same day or schedule their delivery or pickup for a later time. Reaching from Salt Lake City to St. George, WholesomeCo provides the widest delivery range of any pharmacy in the state, covering 99% of the population of Utah.
The WholesomeCo App is currently available for iOS and can be found in the Apple App Store. Google’s Play Store policies currently prohibit cannabis ecommerce; however, WholesomeCo plans to make the app available for Android if policies change in the future.
