One of the best ways to raise awareness for a new business in Park City is to host an open house for the community to attend. Redhead Marketing & PR is once again working with one of our first clients, Chef Meryl Van Der Merwe, to publicize an open house at her new event kitchen, Du Monde Gourmet. Her expansive offerings include in-home private chef service, event catering and daily prepared meals for pick up or delivery.

The locals open house will be held this Thursday, March 13, 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Du Monde Gourmet’s location at Silver Creek, just past the Sinclair gas station. All are welcome to sample complimentary bites and wine. Redhead has used our extensive community connections to ensure a great turnout. We have been working with private communities to invite their homeowners and have invited employees from event planning companies, property management companies, real estate firms, hotels, spas and restaurants. We created a Facebook event invite, which was used to invite hundreds of locals and scheduled interviews for Chef Meryl on KPCW and Park City Television.
