Our client roster has expanded to Oklahoma as we have recently signed on to do public relations for Carlton Landing, a lakeside resort and town on Lake Eufaula with huge plans in the works. The sustainable community was designed according to the principles of New Urbanism where a healthy lifestyle that incorporates the natural environment is promoted. Carlton Landing’s plans call for 3,000 homesites, a hotel, restaurants and shops. There is a lovely marina, Boat House and organic farm that are enjoyed by full-time residents and second homeowners alike. And there is even a school, which has earned high accolades.

Our first press release for Carlton Landing announces the residence club, which has already had more than 20 sales. The ground breaking is October 17.
